1. Regular Preventive Maintenance Activities
2. Daily Inspection chart for Operational & Utilities check.
3. Vacuum Pump condition & its performance check (pump b/ff & Ultimate vacuum)

4. Temp Unifirmity – by inspecting Heat Zone condition, breakage & leakages, heating elements & end connection , Heater resistance.Cleanliness of chember.
5. Periodical inspection of O-rings, specially door o-rings. & joints.
6. Tank Leak – Rate Measurement.
7. Process Utility , Power, Water , Air & Gas, as per requirement.

 We have a CONDITION MONITORING PLAN

By measuring – Leak rate / Pump efficiency / Temp uniformity / utility check

1. Tank leak rate < 100 micron.
2. Pump Ultimate vacuum – (if not ) Vacuum pump overhauling .
3. Temperature Uniformity < 3 degC– ( if not)  Check heat zone condition, Heating element / Resistance & End Connection),

If excessive damage, suggested to replace Heat Zone assly.

4. Air & Water Utility – check requirement as per manufacturer & corrective action
5. Periodical Electrical & Control Check as per manufacturer norms.
